We have designed our cork block to feature a special mantra reading: So Hum~I Am One With the Universe. A beautiful aid to anchor the mind and drishti (focused gaze) in poses and meditation.   

When to use a yoga block:

• To support the body in yoga poses and stability in balancing poses with it's easy to grip surface
• Assisting with safe alignment
• Aligns the pelvis and hips in seated poses 
• A comfortable place to sit during meditation 
• A great addition for stretches, we particularly love using the block for a standing calf stretch
